We did not eat in the hotel as we visited other restaurant in the surrounding areas, but my main complaint was the service given not only at the reception, but also with the concierge whose only concept of service was to tick a box, and I am taking this issue up with the hotel via our tour operator directly, but basically 1) our room was given to another couple, and this only came to light when we actually both turned up at the room door at the same time, and our key did not work even though we had booked in prior to them, and we ended up in a similar room, but on the wrong side of the hotel which had views of a building site. Building wise a truly 5 star hotel located in a good area.
